Napoleonic Rules

My friend Kelly Gay, and a few of his pals from down Palmerston North way, were working on a set of Napoleonic Rules for a while. Kelly kindly let me play with them, so I've taken his original draft and started laying it out and filling in the explanations. This is a work in progress, but feel free to download it.
