Once again it has been a while since I've updated my site, so this is a bit overdue. So, what have I been doing? Not a great deal, I've started painting my Great Northern War Swedes again after a break of a couple of years, among them is my first battalion using Musketeer Miniatures. They are very nice, but a little bigger than my old Foundry Swedes, so no mixing them together, but they will be fine in separate units. I'll post them when I'm finished. I've also made some flags for them.

I've also got an itch to start working on my 25/28mm Napoleonic Russians, so I've brought some Sash & Sabre Castings miniatures. They only have Musketeers and command and don't really look like adding to the range, but I like them enough to do a brigade of them. Right and below are two samples I painted as a test.

I've got enough Foundry figures for another brigade. So at the moment I might have to get Foundry Artillery, or Front Rank, but the FR stuff is definately 28mm, while the other two are more 25mm. Oddy the order to Sash & Sabre was made on their site, but the parcel arrived from Old Glory. Looks like Old Glory may have brought the range.
